Our client, a nonprofit located in Boston, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team starting on a contract basis, with potential to later convert permanent. This is a hybrid role consisting of 3 days onsite and having hours Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM. It is compensating $23 an hour. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars and scheduling across teams and stakeholders
- Provide comprehensive administrative support with exceptional attention to detail
- Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Arrange travel and build detailed itineraries for senior staff
- Perform various administrative tasks and maintain organization across multiple priorities
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook daily for email, scheduling, and calendar management
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Experience managing expense reports and coordinating travel preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
