Our client, family office, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in New York City. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. This role is fully onsite, five days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests and maintaining a professional office environment
* Provide administrative support to senior team members, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination
* Assist with internal and external correspondence, meeting prep, and documentation
* Coordinate conference room bookings and manage office supply inventory
* Act as liaison with building management and vendors
* Support company events and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
* 7-10+ years of administrative and front office experience, ideally within financial services or real estate
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* Professional, polished demeanor and excellent communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Compensation/Benefits:
