Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support members of their investment team in New York, NY. The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm with some flexibility. This is a fully in-office position.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct administrative support to two partners and several junior members of the investment team
* Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate logistics
* Book domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car services
* Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and other documents
* Handle high-volume expense reporting in compliance with internal policies
* Answer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
* Maintain collaborative working relationships with staff and guests
* Create, edit, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
* 5+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting multiple executives or teams
* Prior experience in financial services preferred but not required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience booking complex travel itineraries and managing multiple priorities
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $100K plus bonus
