Our client, a prestigious finance firm, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist for a leave coverage. This will start in mid-August and end in January 2026. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with five days in the office and one day remote. Hourly up to $30/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests, alerting appropriate personnel
- Coordinate conference room schedule; order and receive catering
- Assist with stocking and keeping the kitchen tidy.
- Help with data entry and reporting
- Assist with light calendaring
Qualifications:
- Degree required
- 2+ years’ experience in a corporate office.
- No task too big or too small.
- Able to take direction well.
- Self starter.
- Able to lift over 30lbs.
