Our client, a global financial advisory firm, is seeking a Floating Administrative Assistant in New York, NY. The hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates should monitor email after hours and be responsive to urgent travel or scheduling needs. The role is in office five days a week, with the possibility to work remotely one to two Fridays per month.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across multiple teams on a rotational basis
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel
* Handle expenses, document preparation, and ad hoc office support tasks
* Cover reception and assist with office errands as needed
* Step in to support assigned teams or professionals, adjusting seamlessly as needed
* Maintain a professional and polished presence; uphold business professional dress code
* Implement feedback from various stakeholders and maintain a flexible, team-first attitude
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, but not required with strong administrative experience
* 3+ years of professional experience with at least 1+ years in a support role within financial services or a similarly fast-paced environment
* Prior experience supporting investment professionals required
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $105K base
