Our client, a venture capital firm, is seeking a Concierge/Operations Coordinator in New York, NY. The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm with occasional late evenings, offset by late arrivals the following day. The role is in office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a polished and seamless in-office experience
* Coordinate internal meetings, events, catering, and vendor relationships
* Maintain aesthetics and functionality of the space, including ordering supplies and specialty items
* Liaise with building services and external vendors for HVAC, maintenance, and facility needs
* Monitor and maintain shared spaces including the tea room, gym, and rooftop
* Support conference room scheduling and coordination
* Help develop systems and processes to streamline office efficiency
* Serve as the key point person for presentation, experience, and guest readiness
Qualifications:
* 2-4+ years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, or concierge roles
* Strong attention to detail and passion for presentation and design
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
* Tech-savvy and systems-minded with a proactive, can-do attitude
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $85K base plus paid overtime
