Our client, a hedge fund in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support a team including a Partner, Analysts and Associates. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively schedule internal and external meetings, reserve conference rooms, order catering and book restaurant reservations
- Arrange international and domestic travel itineraries, including car service, hotels, flights and dining options
- Maintain relationships with C-Suite and investor relations clients over the phone, email and in person
- Handle expense reports and track data in CRM
- Work as a collaborative member of a close-knit support team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 4-6+ years of experience in professional services
Hourly rate:
- $50-55/hr DOE
