Beacon Hill is hiring! Our client in the engineering industry is seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team for the overnight shift. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working independently during off-peak hours. The hours are 10:00pm – 6:30am CT with alternating weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Follow up on open cases and escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain service level standards and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of call center/contact center experience required
- High School Diploma is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working overnight and weekends, if needed
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software
- Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
