A well-established financial services firm is in search of an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, and supply ordering

Assist in the planning and execution of conferences and events, including managing invitations, RSVPs, attendee lists, and promotional materials

Maintain accurate records and databases related to event logistics and registrations

Support the creation and management of event websites and registration pages using platforms such as Cvent
-
Assist with internal employee events, providing logistical and on-site support

Generate reports, handle invoicing, and ensure timely follow-up on event-related tasks

Oversee inventory and equipment needed for event execution
Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with event platforms such as Cvent (preferred)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
