Our client, an ad tech firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager in New York. The hours are 9am – 5pm and this role is three days in office and two days remote.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the CFO, VP of Sales, VP of People, and VP of Strategy
* Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling with foresight and attention to detail
* Arrange travel, including flights, hotels, and full itineraries
* Handle confidential materials and always maintain discretion
* Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and manage follow-up actions
* Act as a connector across teams, supporting communication and collaboration
* Manage office vendors, facilities, supplies, and meeting logistics
* Support employee engagement and budget tracking
* Coordinate equipment and tech needs with IT for new hires and ongoing office use
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in a blended Executive Assistant and Office Manager role
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proven ability to multitask and stay calm in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Experience with culture-building initiatives and vendor management is a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
* Base salary up to $85K
