Our client, a real estate development firm in LA, is seeking a temporary Community Assistant to support their office in LA for 2 weeks!
About the Job:
- Provide exceptional customer service in this highly professional and highly visible role.
- Handle the multi-line phone system, coordinate meetings, and manage mail and deliveries.
- Ensure office and kitchen are clean and fully stocked.
- Coordinate catering logistics, setup, and breakdown.
- Onboard new hires, manage security, and coordinate maintenance.
- Provide administrative support and complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.
About You:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- 3+ years of administrative, executive, or office assistant experience is required.
- Strong skills in MS Office/MS Office 360 (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
- Pays $28/hr-$32/hr
- Temporary for 2 weeks.
- Starting July 25th.
- 100% onsite in LA.
