Our client, a well-established hedge fund, is seeking an Administrative Assistant in New York, NY. The hours are 9am-5pm, five days a week in office.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
* Greet and assist visitors, liaise with building management, and maintain office supplies and inventory
* Manage catering orders and set up for meetings
* Monitor email after hours as needed (minimal volume)
Qualifications:
* 3-5+ years of administrative experience
* BA/BS preferred
* Strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience working autonomously
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $75-80K base salary depending on experience with a discretionary bonus opportunity
