Responsibilities:
* Handle information requests via phone, email, and website while providing superior customer service.
* Provide referrals to approved agencies and programs.
* Follow protocols and performance standards.
* Maintain accurate documentation and required reporting,
* Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of college education.
* Ability to work the evening shift.
* Call center or customer service experience required.
* Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Position Information:
* Pays $19/hr while temporary.
* Converts to a salary of $42K when permanent.
* Temporary to permanent position.
* Hours: 12:30pm-9:00pm.
* Hybrid in Washington, DC.
