Our client, an association management firm, is looking for a temporary Membership Associate to join their team in Washington, DC for 6 months, with potential to extend or convert!
About The Job:
* Respond to member inquiries by email/phone, handle membership outreach, and cold call new members.
* Support all organization memberships and manage the membership database.
* Develop and maintain a filing system both hardcopy and electronic.
* Troubleshoot for websites and other areas. Escalate as necessary.
* Other tasks and special projects as assigned.
About You:
* 2+ years of membership experience in an association is required.
* A bachelor’s degree is preferred; An associates degree is required.
* Strong MS Suite skills, especially Excel, are required; Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
* Must be able to travel 3-4 times per year.
* Collaborative with a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
About the Position:
* $24/hr-$27/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 6 months, with potential to extend.
* Hybrid with 3 days/week on-site.
* Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
