Our client, a global private equity fund, is seeking an Office Services Coordinator in New York City. The hours are 7:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with remote flexibility every other Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for building management and external vendors
- Monitor and address facilities issues promptly
* Oversee office and kitchen supply inventory; manage purchasing and ensure common areas remain well-stocked
* Monitor lighting, temperature control, and overall cleanliness
* Support office relocations and space changes in coordination with IT and other internal departments
* Participate in emergency preparedness efforts by serving as a deputy fire warden and assisting with building drills - Manage daily food deliveries and provide reception coverage
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of office services experience required
- Background in construction management or office buildouts strongly preferred
- Experience managing vendor relationships a plus
- Prior experience in professional services or corporate environments highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $70K plus overtime plus bonus
