Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the incoming Partner in their New York office. The hours are 9:00am-5:30pm with flexibility required based on the Partner’s schedule. The role is hybrid, with three days in-office (Wednesday and Thursday required, third day flexible based on Partner needs).
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support including calendar and inbox management, domestic and international travel coordination, and meeting preparation
* Serve as a professional and polished point of contact for senior executives, internal stakeholders, and high-profile clients
* Anticipate needs and serve as a true extension of the Partner by staying several steps ahead and managing priorities independently
* Support internal events including firm-wide town halls and occasional evening/weekend client functions (shared rotation with other assistants)
* Partner with the firm’s concierge and support staff to ensure seamless operations and logistics
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
* Professionalism, maturity, and strong interpersonal skills; must be able to engage confidently with individuals at all levels
* Strong organizational and communication skills; highly proactive and adaptable with the ability to handle evolving needs
* Experience managing complex international travel and scheduling across multiple time zones
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
