Our client, an executive search firm, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join their New York office. The hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm, with an hour and a half lunch break daily. The schedule is five days in-office to start, with the option to move to a hybrid model (in-office Monday-Wednesday) after training.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with resume review and candidate screening
* Schedule all interviews and manage communication with hiring managers
* Liaise with clients and candidates to coordinate interviews and updates
* Work within various ATS platforms
* Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
* Proofread and reformat resumes for submission
* Handle ad hoc projects and assist with overflow office management tasks as needed
* Serve as backup support for Office Manager, including phone coverage
Qualifications:
* 0-1 year of relevant experience
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* High energy, positive attitude, and a strong sense of professionalism
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
