A global financial services firm, located in Midtown East, is seeking a temporary to permanent Administrative Assistant. The position will start as soon as August and requires 5 days in office. The hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a team of junior associates
- Compiling and submitting expenses for the team
- Maintain and order supplies for the office
- Coordinate frequent travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries
- Serve as back up support for other administrative assistants
Qualifications:
- 0-1+ years of administrative assistant experience
- College degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $85K base depending on experience
