Our client, a hedge fund, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO in New York, NY while they conduct a full-time search. Must be able to commit for at least a month with flex to extend. The hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm. This role is hybrid, four days in office and one day work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO, including heavy calendar management and domestic/international travel coordination
- Schedule meetings, calls, and manage logistics to ensure executives’ time is optimized
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external communications
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with follow-up items
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
- Collaborate with other EAs and administrative staff as needed
Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with prior experience supporting senior leadership in a finance environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
- Degree not required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $50/hr, depending on experience
