We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing organization in Coraopolis. This person will be responsible for supporting their clients and sales agents with account maintenance and problem resolution. Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and timely customer support to clients
- Liaison between clients and sales agents regarding their accounts
- Facilitate new account set up and onboarding
- Investigate and resolve client concerns and inquiries with a focus on efficiency and service quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support application reviews, account verification, and issue escalation
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus!
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
