Our client, a real estate firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Group Head in New York, NY. The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility to be responsive after hours. This is a fully in-office position, five days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the executive is prepared for all meetings by compiling materials and managing timelines
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Group Head, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
* Oversee a demanding and frequently shifting calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings
* Serve as a key point of contact for high-level stakeholders, including government officials and senior executives
* Organize all aspects of domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
* Submit and track expense reimbursements
* Partner with the executive’s personal assistant on select household and tax-related matters
* Support occasional personal tasks and administrative projects
* Manage logistics for meetings, including securing conference rooms and arranging catering as needed
Qualifications:
* 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C-level executives
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $145K plus bonus
