Our client is seeking a versatile Corporate Recruiter to support their talent acquisition efforts during a busy season. This is a hands-on role full cycle recruiting position working on all levels of roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers across all levels of corporate functions, managing 5-6 requisitions at a time, while also jumping in to assist with scheduling and other recruiting operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate roles (5-6 open requisitions)

Utilize JobVite ATS for candidate tracking, communication, and reporting

Partner with hiring managers and team members to ensure a smooth recruiting process

Provide administrative support, including interview scheduling and coordination

Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and high-volume recruiting needs during peak vacation and event season
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience

Proficiency with JobVite or similar ATS platforms

Comfortable with both recruiting and admin support – a true team player and “jack of all trades”

Ability to work onsite 3 days/week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Available through mid-September with potential for extension based on business need
