About the Job:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth front desk operations.
Our client is seeking a tech-savvy and polished professional to join their team as soon as possible. This is a temp-to-hire position, requiring onsite presence five days a week at their Bensalem, PA office. The role pays up to $27 per hour during the contract period, with potential to earn up to $60,000 per year upon permanent hire.
