Our client, a private family office in Cambridge, is seeking a Household Administrative Manager to join their team on a contract basis through October. This is a full-time, onsite role with hours Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM. It is compensating up to $30 an hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs (e.g., HVAC, electricians, landscapers), including meeting them onsite and maintaining detailed notes on each project
- Serve as a personal assistant to the family, running errands such as grocery shopping, vehicle maintenance, and more
- Assist with personal projects such as organizing household needs, and sourcing supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant position required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to track work and timelines effectively
- Comfortable working independently and managing a wide range of personal and household tasks
