Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Deal Team. The team is looking for an individual with a strong intuition and multitasking skills, who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with a 24/7 accessibility expectation. This role is onsite five days per week in Manhattan, with summer Friday flexibility ahead of long weekends (admins rotate coverage).

Responsibilities:
* Provide executive-level support to a Partner and Advisors, including calendar, travel, and expenses
* Manage complex international travel (Asia and Middle East) and provide detailed scenario updates to executive
* Support occasional personal travel and arrangements tied to business trips
* Liaise with internal teams, advisors, and external stakeholders with discretion and professionalism
* Anticipate needs and provide white-glove support, including small details such as refreshments and printing
* Balance competing priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and judgment

Job Requirements:
* 5-7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in finance, luxury, hospitality, or entrepreneurial environments
* Strong executive presence, professionalism, and discretion
* Self-directed, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and anticipate executive needs
* Flexible and proactive with a “roll with the punches” approach

Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $150K base salary
