Our client, a leading association management firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Meeting Associate to support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and conferences for client associations. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Client Teams to ensure successful event logistics, vendor management, and post-event activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to ensure event projects meet client budgets and deadlines.
- Assist with client-related meeting activities, including agendas, minutes, and correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics for speakers, vendors, and attendees, including event registration and accommodations.
- Support event marketing materials, website updates, and social media coordination.
- Manage event-related budgets and vendor contracts.
- Provide on-site event support and handle issues as they arise. Domestic or international travel may be required for event support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in office or meeting support, or hotel/convention services.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
