Our client, a successful and driven talent management firm, is seeking their next Human Resources Generalist to join the team! They are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the day-to-day execution of core Human Resources processes.
About You:
- 3+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years in HR operations or a generalist role.
- Hands-on experience using HRIS platforms such as ADP, BambooHR, UKG, or Paylocity.
- Solid understanding of federal and state employment law compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
About the Job:
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance by performing regular audits of personnel files, I-9s, and internal HR policies.
- Partner with teams across payroll, finance, IT, and HR to streamline operations and reporting.
- Provide support to other HR functions and subsidiaries as needed.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR scalability and efficiency.
Our client is seeking a professional who can adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate effectively across multiple departments within the organization. This hybrid position requires candidates to be commutable to their Philadelphia, PA office. It is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering up to $36 per hour during the contract period and up to $85,000 per year upon conversion, depending on experience.
