Our client, an international organization, has an immediate need for a temporary to permanent Pension Customer Service Representative to support their organization!
About the Job:
- Handle the processing of pension related documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for pensioners and answer questions and inquiries.
- Maintain database records and ensure it remains up to date.
- Handle benefit overpayments and collaborate with accounting
- Complete other requests and duties as assigned.
About You:
- Experience with Taft-Hartley Trust Fund is HIGHLY preferred.
- 2+ years administrative or processing experience are required.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with pensions or benefits is a plus!
About the Position:
- $26/hr-$28/hr, while temporary.
- Converts to a salary of $34/hr when permanent.
- Starting early August!
- Onsite in Rockville, MD.
- Free parking!
