Our client is seeking an onsite Call Center Representative with a Bachelor’s degree to join their Rockville, MD team and provide exceptional customer service. Excellent phone skills and a strong attention to detail are key in this role. If you have a bachelor’s degree, experience in handling incoming phone calls, responding to emails and voicemails, and possess a keen ability to route calls effectively, we want to hear from you!
About the Job:
- Answer and document incoming phone calls.
- Able to break down medical terminology into layman’s terms.
- Provide accurate information to callers from the website and other platforms.
- Send faxes or print documents when requested.
- Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails; Route calls to the proper destination.
- Complete additional administrative or other relevant tasks as needed.
About You:
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree is required.
- 1+ years of medical call center experience is required.
- Must have a knowledge of medical call center terms.
- Bilingual with English and Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
- Experience with SharePoint and tech savviness is preferred.
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.
About the Position:
- Pays $23/hr while temporary.
- Converts to $33/hr once permanent.
- 100% on-site in Rockville, MD during the first six months.
- Hybrid once permanent.
