Our client is seeking a Temporary Database Administrator to support their NYC office. Hours are 9-5 with flexibility for overtime and will be in office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Handle gift entry and acknowledgment process, ensuring all data is entered accurately
- Create queries, run gift reports, generate mailing lists, and email blasts
- Move information from the development side to Financial Edge
- Run reports for finance, ensuring gifts are reconciled accurately
- Ensure the integrity of the database including clean-up tasks and data enhancement services
- Serve as primary contact for the database
- Help coordinate and assist with department fundraising events and activities
- Maintain filing system and perform general administrative duties
- Liaise with leaders and donors
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of fund development experience/knowledge
- Experience in data migration and database management (Raisers Edge highly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and be a team player
- Degree required
Compensation:
- Hourly up to $30/hr
