Our client, a private healthcare organization focused on behavioral services is seeking an Office Administrative Coordinator for a full-time, temporary role covering a 4-month maternity leave. This position is 100% onsite in Milford, MA, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and offers free parking. The pay range is $22-$23/hour. The company specializes in providing evidence-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities and is looking to fill this role as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments with clients and patients
- Manage referrals, waitlists, cancellations, and reminders
- Maintain and organize documentation
- Provide general office support and administrative assistance
Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior office or administrative experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Medical office experience is a strong plus
- Available to interview and start immediately
