About the Job:
- Manage ever-changing calendars (schedule meetings, calls, events, and other activities),
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements and meeting logistics/material preparation.
- Handle all expense reporting and monitor client invoices.
- Track and maintain client records, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Administrative Assistant(s).
- Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables for special projects.
About You:
- 4+ years of high-level executive support experience required; Capitol Hill or government relations industry experience preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Experience utilizing discretion with and handle sensitive or confidential information.
About the Position:
- $85K-$100K (DOE) with annual discretionary bonus.
