Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Project Manager to support their organization starting ASAP through February 2026!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the campus recruiting team, campus events, and the budget.
- Develop data resources and support data needs or extractions for reporting.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews and preparing offer letters.
- Attend staff meetings, collaborate internally across departments, and provide updates to the Chief TA Officer.
- Support special projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant HR operations or project management experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Project management and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to achieve success in high-expectations environments.
Position Information:
- Pays $45/hr-$65/hr depending on experience.
- Temporary through February 2026.
- Hours are 9am-5:30pm.
