Our client, a private investment firm, is seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant in New York, NY. The hours are 8am-6pm. This role is fully onsite, five days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the firm, greeting guests and offering hospitality
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area and manage front-of-house responsibilities, including managing incoming calls and handling packages and deliveries
- Support office operations including ordering supplies and ensuring the aesthetic upkeep of the newly built office space
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team (Talent and HR) including interview scheduling and candidate coordination
- Assist investment professionals with administrative tasks as needed
- Interact occasionally with the CEO on ad hoc office needs; must be polished and demonstrate sound judgment
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and a high level of discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience required
- Background in financial or professional services preferred
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Appreciation for high-end office aesthetics and client-facing professionalism
Compensation/Benefits:
