We’re hiring! Beacon Hill has partnered with a growing start-up in Chicago in hiring a Sales Coordinator to start immediately. The ideal candidate will be the go-to resource for managing our HubSpot environment, ensuring clean data, accurate reporting, and effective communication across sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continuously improve our HubSpot CRM database by ensuring accurate lead, contact, and company records through regular auditing and data hygiene practices.
- Create, customize, and manage deal pipelines, lead stages, and custom properties to align with our sales processes.
- Monitor and assign incoming leads using HubSpot workflows, round-robin rules, and lead scoring criteria.
- Develop and manage sales dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as lead conversion rates, deal stage velocity, sales rep performance, and pipeline forecasts.
- Set up and manage automated task reminders, follow-up sequences, and task queues to help sales reps stay on track and organized.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize sales workflows and document best practices using HubSpot playbooks and templates.
- Assist in building sales enablement content within HubSpot, including snippets, email templates, and sequences.
- Set up and maintain meeting links, lead routing rules, and integration tools that sync with calendars and Zoom for seamless scheduling.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and quotes, leveraging tools like HubSpot Quotes and eSignature integrations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaign tracking, form submissions, and lead lifecycle management within HubSpot.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness by analyzing lead sources and campaign attribution in HubSpot.
- Support email marketing efforts by segmenting lists and managing contact properties based on behavior and lifecycle stage.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a sales coordinator, sales operations, or CRM management role.
- Proven experience using HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub required; Marketing Hub a plus).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead management, and CRM best practices.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with tools that integrate with HubSpot (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PandaDoc, Zapier) is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with data import/export processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
