Our client, an association in DC, has a need for a temporary Receptionist to provide coverage tomorrow, 7/25!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the front desk and common areas cleanliness and supply levels.
- Handle document filing/management.
- Ensure members and guests are received promptly and professionally.
- Serve as point of contact for security, vendors, and visitors.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of front desk or administrative experience is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong problem-solving, writing, editing, and math skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Position Information:
- $22/hr- $24//hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary on 7/25.
- Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm.
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
