Our client is seeking a Temporary Property Manager to support daily operations for properties in the Allentown, PA area. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in commercial property management. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and work closely with tenants, vendors, and leadership teams.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management, preferably commercial real estate.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand lease agreements and financial documentation.
About the Job:
- Coordinate property operations including vendor management, maintenance scheduling, and regular inspections.
- Assist with tenant relations, lease tracking, renewals, and compliance documentation.
- Process invoices, monitor rent collections, and maintain financial records.
- Support vendor sourcing and ensure service agreements are upheld.
- Ensure compliance with building policies, safety regulations, and assist with special projects as needed.
