Our client, a mission-oriented organization, is seeking a temporary part-time Office Assistant to provide top-notch customer service, maintain a professional reception, and support administrative tasks in DC through September!
About the Job:
* Greet visitors and provide customer service.
* Answer the main phone line and direct callers to the proper destination.
* Manage files, prepare forms, and handle mail/deliveries.
* Provide additional support and complete tasks/special projects as assigned.
About You:
* 1+ years of relevant office or administrative experience.
* MS Office proficiency is required.
* Event planning experience is a plus!
* Organized with excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
About the Position:
* Pays $20/hr-$21/hr.
* Temporary Monday-Thursday for 20-25 hours/week.
* 100% on-site in DC.
