Our client, a well known insurance company, located in midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Bilingual Receptionist (Japanese). In this newly created role, the hours are from 8:30am-5pm with flexibility as needed on a 5 day in office schedule. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join an established company that is also growing as well!
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet guests
- Coordinate and receive deliveries
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting set up
- Oversee overall office and kitchen tidiness
- Take inventory of office supplies, order as needed, and restock the office with the supplies
- Take inventory of kitchen snacks and beverages, order as needed, and restock the kitchen with the supplies
- Liaison with the building and outside vendors for any facilities based needs or repairs
- Contribute towards administration by processing expenses, coordinating travel, managing calendars, etc. as needed by Executive Team
- Ad hoc requests/projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative position out of a corporate setting
- Overall tech savvy
- Personable individual who is eager to take initiative
- Professional presentation with strong communication skills.
Compensation/Benefits:
- DOE, up to 70k, hourly in line + benefits when perm
