About the Job:
- Provide professional hospitality when screening and answering phones.
- Efficiently manage schedules, expenses, and travel arrangements.
- Support office coordination such as supply ordering and inventory management.
- Process invoices and support the preparation of reports.
- Maintain contact lists, develop a filing system, and ensure proper organization.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as required.
About You:
- 5+ years of high-level executive support experience are required.
- An associate’s degree is highly preferred; a HS degree or equivalent is required.
- Warm and engaging yet able to maintain the highest standard of professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office Products and Workday.
About the Position:
- Temporary through February 2026.
- Potential for the assignment to extend.
- Pays $20/hr-$26/hr
- Hybrid with 3 days/week on-site in Arlington, VA.
