Family Office located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp Receptionist to support their team. This position will start August 30th / August 31st , require 5 days in office. Hours 8:30am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch (required). This position covers a medical leave – through September.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors by greeting them either in person or by telephone
- Answer the phones and refer to the appropriate department or person
- Maintain reception area cleanliness
- Set up meeting space
- Maintain and stock office supplies
- Distributing and overseeing incoming and outgoing mail
- Work closely with other Administrative Assistants and provide back-up coverage as needed
- Perform other duties assigned by staff/leadership
Qualifications:
- 1+ years office experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office
Compensation:
- $28 – $32/hour pay rate DOE
