We’re hiring! A valued client of ours in the fintech industry is hiring a Customer Service Representative to start immediately! Our client is looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing outstanding service to help drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct outreach, or confirm appointments
- Handle customer inquiries, product/service questions, and resolve complaints effectively
- Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or upsells when applicable
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments as needed
- Record customer interactions and transactions in CRM and call tracking systems
- Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Collaborate with team members and departments to improve service delivery
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, response time, and quality metrics
- Stay informed about company updates, policy changes, and product knowledge through regular training
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1+ years of experience in a call center/contact center environment
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable using computers and CRM software
- Ability to hit targeted KPI’s on a consistent basis
- High school diploma or equivalent
