Executive Assistant/Events & Operations

Our client, a venture capital firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant – Events & Operations in New York. The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm, and the role is fully in office, five days per week, with occasional flexibility when the team is traveling.

Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level executive support to two Senior Partners and four Investment Associates, including calendar management, travel coordination, scheduling, and personal tasks
* Manage and coordinate all internal and external meetings, investor calls, and events
* Support confidential communications, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the New York office, including supplies, vendors, space planning, and liaising with building management
* Assist with onboarding and administrative orientation for new hires
* Plan and execute a variety of events, including offsites, networking receptions, client dinners, and portfolio events

Qualifications:
* 5-8+ years of experience in a support, coordination, or operations role within industries such as tech, digital agencies, advertising, or startups
* Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $130K plus bonus
