Our client, an environmental services and property restoration company based in Bensalem, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to support daily operations. This open-ended contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional interpersonal skills, and enjoys balancing administrative and operational responsibilities.
About the Job:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, answering or redirecting inquiries.
- Create and distribute daily schedules; dispatch jobs to staff and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM.
- Save and organize job-related files using a structured system.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal staff via email and phone.
- Assist with file audits and administrative reporting as needed.
About You:
- 3+ years of administrative or office coordination experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning internal systems like CRMs and RestorePM.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving, service-oriented environment.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
This open ended contract position offers an hourly rate up to $25.00 depending on experience. Onsite, this role follows an 8-5 schedule M-Th, with Fridays 8-4PM.
