About the Job:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, answering or redirecting inquiries.
- Maintain accurate notes and records, triaging information to the proper party.
- Greet clients with the utmost professionalism, providing an exceptional client experience.
- Communicate professionally via phone and email, ensuring timely correspondence.
- Assist with file audits and administrative reporting as needed.
About You:
- 3+ years of administrative or office coordination experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning internal systems.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
This contract-to-hire position offers an hourly rate up to $25.00, or an annual salary up to $55,000 depending on experience. Onsite, this role follows an 8:30-5:00 schedule.
