Our client, a real estate investment firm located in Boston, is seeking an Office Coordinator to support their team during a parental leave running through March. This full-time, onsite position runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is compensating $26/hr. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and manage a multi-line phone system professionally
- Maintain and organize office and kitchen supplies, conference rooms, and shared spaces
- Distribute mail and manage incoming/outgoing packages
- Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling, guest greetings, and technology setup
- Provide backup administrative support including travel booking and expense reports
- Assist with social events and liaise with building maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Outstanding productivity and proven organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Exceptional quantitative, written and oral communication skills, with acute attention to detail
- Demonstrated capacity to take ownership, be accountable and learn quickly
- Team-player, with an ability to solve problems while collaborating with various interdepartmental personnel
