Our client, a multi-faceted real estate company, is looking for a professional and eager Receptionist to provide exceptional service as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. In this vital role, the ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless, top-tier experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and route all incoming calls
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm, professional and welcoming demeanor
- Open and close reception area daily and maintain its appearance throughout the day
- Maintain conference rooms, book meetings, and assist with set up of A/V equipment and video conferences
- Provide high-level administrative support and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a corporate office environment or strong hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Microsoft Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and take direction
