Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment including posting jobs, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Maintain and improve tools for hiring such as templates, databases, and interview guides
- Coordinate onboarding and training schedules for new employees
- Provide support for internal HR communications and employee events
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll and benefits-related follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR-related role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and experience with HRIS
- Familiarity with U.S. labor laws; international experience – a plus!
