A local consulting company is searching for an Office Manager to join their team! This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities
- Professionally greet and welcome all vendors and visitors upon arrival.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff or department.
- Manage the calendar and schedule appointments for the Chief Executive Officer and President.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
- Handle clerical tasks including sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages, preparing outgoing mail and shipments, performing data entry, proofreading documents, and managing general correspondence.
- Oversee general office management tasks, including coordinating annual maintenance with vendors and arranging service appointments as needed.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of administrative work experience
- Bachelors degree is preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in all MS Suite applications
- Ability to multitask
