Our client, a non-profit organization in Boston, is seeking a Filing Clerk for a short-term records organization project. This onsite role has a schedule of 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM and is compensating $18/hour. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel who are looking to gain administrative experience in a mission-driven environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately sort and file physical documents in alphabetical order
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information
- Use Excel to support and track filing progress
- Collaborate with and take direction from the onsite manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
